KeyLogic Announces the Addition of Brendan Roache to its Team

We are thrilled to announce that KeyLogic has welcomed Brendan Roache, a highly accomplished former Senior Executive Service (SES) member, to our team. With decades of experience at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Brendan brings invaluable expertise and a deep understanding of environmental regulations to our organization.

Throughout Brendan’s distinguished career, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to safeguarding human health and the environment. His extensive experience spans key regulations such as the Oil Pollution Act (OPA), the National Contingency Plan (NCP), the Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) rule, the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA).

Brendan most recently served as the Deputy Director of EPA’s emergency response program. While in this critical role, Brendan served as the National Incident Coordinator (NIC) for many major responses, including the East Palestine Train Derailment and the Maui Wildfires.

At KeyLogic, we are confident that Brendan’s skills and expertise will enhance our ability to fulfill our mission of solving complex challenges through innovation.
