KeyLogic is committed to seeing innovative ideas through the process from ideation to new technology in the marketplace. KeyLogic was an awardee of the Department of Energy’s Energy Program for Innovation Clusters (EPIC) Prize competition for its corporate initiative to create the U.S. Research Impact Alliance (USRIA), which was recognized as a novel and impactful model.
Envisioned as an innovative environment to accelerate technology commercialization, create new jobs and economic impact, KeyLogic incubated and sponsored the formation and spinout of USRIA. This non-profit organization has been chartered to build a sustainable ecosystem of energy stakeholders, offering innovative solutions to bridge the technology transfer “valley of death” so that more federally funded innovations reach the market. The EPIC program aims to encourage the growth of regional energy innovation ecosystems across the United States and KeyLogic’s creation of USRIA within Appalachia is a demonstration of our commitment to elevating the region. We are passionate about energy innovation and enabling the next generation technologies that are foundational to tomorrow’s industries.
